Made in America
SEMTEK utilizes American-made HAAS SS model high speed machining centers with 12,000 RPM spindles, 1,400 rapid rates, thru spindle coolant, and high speed tool changers. We utilize HAAS turning centers and also use fully automatic band saws for production sawing of raw material.
Modular Tooling
SEMTEK uses modular tooling to gang parts up on machining centers and fourth axis indexers to reduce cycle times. Bar feeders are used on turning centers for production runs. SEMTEK has large capacity 4 foot diameter vibrator tumblers to meet finish requirements. SEMTEK has mig and tig welding capabilities.

Machine travel envelope for machining centers is X axis 40 inches, Y axis 20 inches, and Z axis 25 inches. Max weight of work on machine is 3500lb. Our turning centers can machine work up to 15 inches in diameter with 21 inches between centers.
